Beginners can approach the practice of this sport in the clear waters of Lake dell'Accesa near the town of Massa Marittima. Enjoying the pleasure of venture exploration of the various bays of the lake, alternating especially in warm weather pleasant stops on the green lawn tan in the sun, perhaps after a good swim in clean water.
