Cooking classes

Mode

Our cooking classes are intimate, informal and for a minimum of two people.
Each participant will prepare their recipes from the menu provided, which vary between different types of appetizers including fresh pasta, second and dessert under the careful eye of the chef.
The course is a fine preparation for the tasting and "criticism" of the dishes.

Daily

Provides for the preparation of a full menu and tasting it during lunch or for dinner if the course is afternoon.

Multiple course

Preparations specialist.

Weekly courses

All courses require the direct involvement of students, the consummation of the preparation, a certificate of the course and a gadget.
